 | Ruszyła siódma edycja praktyk studenckich "Cień Menedżera"; chętni mogą zgłaszać się pod adresem www.cm.iblf.pl. |
W tym roku ponad 90 firm w kraju zaoferowało ponad tysiąc miejsc pracy; w regionie świętokrzyskim patronat nad programem objął wiceprezydent Kielc Andrzej Sygut, a czterech praktykantów zadeklarował przyjął wojewoda świętokrzyski Grzegorz Banaś.
Wyjątkowość tego programu polega na tym, że każdemu praktykantowi przydzielony zostaje menedżer, który angażuje młodego człowieka we własne projekty, inwestuje w niego swój czas i wiedzę, a student przez co najmniej dwa tygodnie staje się cieniem swojego przełożonego.
Zgłoszenia do programu "Cień Menedżera" można przesyłać do końca kwietnia; praktyki ruszą w lipcu i potrwają w sumie ponad rok.
