Inicjatorem akcji jest stowarzyszenie "GEJTAWY" przy współpracy Stowarzyszenia Kibiców Korony Kielce, Stowarzyszenia Centrum Wolontariatu oraz Klubu Kolporter Korona Kielce. Akcja odbywa się za zgodą Prezydenta Kielc.
