Zarząd spółki Echo Investment, która blisko dwa lata temu za 8,5 mln zł kupiła od miasta 4,5-hektarową działkę, podpisał z reprezentującą francuski koncern spółką Pergranso 30-letnią umowę dzierżawy powierzchni handlowej.
Pergranso zapłaci za to Echu Investment 21,6 mln euro. Warunkiem zawarcia umowy dzierżawy jest uzyskanie przez Echo Investment lub podmioty działające na jej zlecenie najpóźniej do dnia 30 czerwca 2006 roku prawomocnej decyzji pozwolenia na budowę centrum handlowego.
