Przed ratuszem symboliczne klucze do bram miasta przekaże harcerzom prezydent Kielc Wojciech Lubawski. Następnie w muszli koncertowej w Parku Miejskim rozpocznie się Konkurs piosenki harcerskiej. O godz. 13.00 w parku rozpocznie się Jarmark festiwalowy.
