Główną atrakcją będzie szantowy zespół "KOGA" z Łodzi, który westępował już w Kielcach w ramach I Kieleckich Spotkań z Piosenką Żeglarską. Festyny organizowane są przy pomocy Urzędu Miasta Kielce.
