Konkurs jest otwarty dla wszystkich fotografujÄ…cych amatorów i profesjonalistów każdej grupy wiekowej. Uczestnicy konkursu majÄ… za zadanie przedstawić Kielce lub region Å›wiÄ™tokrzyski w niebanalny sposób. Fotografie powinny przekazywać wÅ‚asne, osobiste spojrzenie i odczucia.
