Wystartuje dziesięć klubów: AKS Chorzów, AZS AWF Gorzów, AZS UMCS Lublin, Budowlani Częstochowa, Ekonomik Nysa, MKS MOS Wrocław, MUKS Płock, Sprint Bielsko-Biała, ZLKL Zielona Góra oraz gospodarz Kielecki Klub Lekkoatletyczny. Awans do pierwszej ligi wywalczy pierwsza czwórka.
