 | Meksykański parlament przyjął ustawę zezwalającą na posiadanie niewielkich ilości narkotyków do "osobistego użytku". Zarazem wprowadzono zaostrzone kary za handel narkotykami i posiadanie większych ich ilości. |
Biuro prezydenta Meksyku zapowiedziało, że szef państwa ustawę podpisze. Wolno będzie posiadać 5 g opium, 25 mg heroiny, 5 g marihuany, 500 mg kokainy, 0,015 mg LSD, 1 g meskaliny, 250 mg halucynogennych grzybów, 100 mg amfetaminy i 1 kg pejotlu.
