Czajkowska do tej pory była pracownicą wydziału gospodarki komunalnej kieleckiego ratusza. Jest absolwentką Politechniki Świętokrzyskiej, ukończyła także podyplomowe Studium Marketingu i Strategii Marketingowych na SGH w Warszawie.
Prezydent Kielc tym samym zrezygnował z pomysłu, by Geoparkiem zarządzał Czesław Gruszewski, dyrektor wydziału gospodarki komunalnej. Nie pozwoliły na to przepisy prawa.
