Zaczął się nabór do Wyższej Szkoły Telekomunikacji i Informatyki. Jako jedyna tego typu uczelnia w mieście oferuje studentom naukę na kierunku elektronika i telekomunikacja. Od października w odnowionych salach przy ulicy Helenówek 2 zacznie naukę około 300 studentów. Uczelnia w ciągu 3,5-letniego cyklu chce szkolić inżynierów, którzy myślą o pracy w zawodach elektronika i informatyka. |
Kadra naukowa ma być z Politechniki Świętokrzyskiej, AGH, Politechniki Wrocławskiej, Uniwersytetu Śląskiego i Instytutu Łączności z Warszawy. Za rok dziennych studiów na WSTiI trzeba będzie zapłacić 3700 zł plus 500 zł wpisowego.
