 Czynny jest już najnowocześniejszy basen pływacki w regionie - pływalnia na Rawszczyźnie w Ostrowcu Świętokrzyskim. To pierwszy w województwie obiekt o wymiarach olimpijskich, ma 50 m długości i 10 torów. Są też zjeżdżalnie i sztuczna rzeka. |
Basen ma być oficjalnie otwarty dopiero 4 czerwca podczas mistrzostw Polski seniorów, ale już w sobotę rozegrano tam finał świętokrzyskiej ligi pływackiej. Budowa pływalni kosztowała 50 mln złotych, z czego 35 mln wyłożył Ostrowiec, a resztę budżet państwa. Bilet wstępu ma kosztować w weekendy najwyżej 8 zł. - W godzinach mniej popularnych dla publiczności, np. przed południem albo rano, bilety będą znacznie tańsze. Godzinny bilet normalny będzie kosztował 5 złotych, a ulgowy 2 złote - zapowiedział Jan Szostak, prezydent Ostrowca Świętokrzyskiego.
