Hotele Ibis należą do tzw. klasy ekonomicznej. Kielecki ma mieć miał pięć kondygnacji, 100 klimatyzowanych pokoi i ok. 200 łóżek, podziemny garaż. Będzie hotelem dwu- lub trzygwiazdkowym. Sieć Ibis powstała w 1974 roku, jest jedną z największych w Europie. Ma ponad 700 hoteli w 39 krajach, w Polsce m.in. w Krakowie, Poznaniu i Warszawie. Ibis stawia swoje obiekty w centrach miast i w pobliżu lotnisk.
