Mur w kształcie siódemki to odniesienie zarówno do numeru kamienicy przy ul. Planty, której mieszkańcy zostali zamordowani, jak i miesiąca lipca, zmontowany zostanie z cementowych bloków, pochodzących z kieleckiej fabryki, kiedyś należącej do Żydów. Całość pokryta zostanie wapnem, które według zamysłu autora, stopniowo ma zmywać deszcz. "White Wash" bo tak zatytułowany jest pomnik, ufundował rząd Stanów Zjednoczonych a jego autorem jest amerykański artysta Jack Sal.
