 Od 1 lipca Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji w Kielcach musi płacić kary za niepunktualność kursowania autobusów. Za spóźnienie ponad 3 minuty MPK zapłaci 150 zł, za niezrealizowany kurs 1 tys. zł. Kontrolą autobusów zajmuje się Zarząd Transportu Miejskiego, kontrolerzy biletów i kontrolerzy ruchu. Efekty działalności ZTM w postaci większej punktualności autobusów już są widoczne, o czym informują nas pasażerowie" - podkreśla Zbigniew Michnicki, kierownik działu organizacji przewozów ZTM. |
