- Zrobimy nową elewację, bo teraz deptak po remoncie wygląda bardzo ładnie, a to ostatni "wrzód" - mówi Andrzej Majcher, prezes zarządu Echo Investment. Podkreśla, że remont całego budynku, w którym ma powstać ekskluzywne centrum usługowo-handlowe, na razie nie jest możliwy, mimo że trwają już rozmowy z potencjalnymi dzierżawcami powierzchni. - Brakuje nam wszystkich pozwoleń na większy zakres prac. Ale chcemy, żeby kamienica choć ładnie wyglądała, dlatego zrobimy elewację. I to jeszcze w czerwcu, przed świętem Kielc. To będzie nasz prezent na święto miasta - mówi Majcher.
